Do I have to provide my own hair?
Artis Styling Experience offers extensions in both raw and virgin qualities. Please contact us for information concerning pricing.
If you prefer for all custom made units, you can your own bundles and closure/frontal. However, we occosionally will have a premade/ready to ship sale, where the unit will be ready to go, or you can customize (i.e. color) as you wish.

How do I know what size wig I need?
To ensure the perfect fit and correct sizing, we ask that you take your measurements using a tape measure, and enter them upon purchasing a custom unit. For closure units, we recommend the circumference, front to nape, and nape measurements. For frontal units, the same with the addition of the ear to ear over the top measurement.

How many bundles do I need?
For units of the following, we recommend:
8"-18" 2 bundles or more.
18"-22" 3 bundles or more.
24"-30" 4 bundles or more.
What size Frontal or Closure should I get?
This is certainly a personal preference. This size will also determine your pricing of your hair. For beginning wig wears, we recommend a 5x5 or 6x6 closure, however, 4x4 closures are certainly suitable as well! The lesser the lace, the lesser the maintenance.
If you would like a frontal, 13x6 offers the most versatility and a natural parting length.
It is recommended that at least biweekly, you co-wash or deep condition your units. Maintain them and take care of them as you would your real hair. Shampoo is not recommended as it may strip the hair, however, if necessary any sulfate free moisturizing shampoo will suffice.
Take care of your unit, and it will take care of you.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
There is a 5-7 day processing time frame for all orders. This is the longest length of time that will occur prior to your order shipping out (unless stated), once it is shipped, you will then receive a tracking number. Shipping through is USPS Priority Mail and may be impacted due to Covid-19.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges may occur, if applicable:
We only replace items if we have sent you the wrong item.
If you need to exchange an item, for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Address will be given upon discussion of return.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
